Hi, I’m Fay, a mum of 2, and I’ve been a qualified counsellor since 2021. I work with anyone aged 11 upwards — because everyone deserves a space where they feel truly seen and heard.
I’m a pluralistic and creative therapist, which simply means I meet you exactly as you are and adapt my approach to suit you. Over the years I’ve supported people in so many different ways — from supporting young people in college to working within an organisation supporting women. All in all, I have over 15 years’ experience walking alongside others with care and compassion.
Something personal — I’m neurodivergent too. So, I know first hand just how hard it can feel trying to fit into a world that wasn’t built for you. That lived experience means I bring extra empathy and understanding to every session.
I have a particular heart for supporting people around perinatal mental health, neonatal experiences, neurodiversity, domestic abuse, anxiety and depression — though whatever brings you here matters, and we’ll walk through it together at your pace.
